Our terms and conditions for using HostRapid services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HostRapid's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

HostRapid provides web hosting services including dedicated servers, cloud hosting, virtual private servers (VPS), domain registration, SSL certificates, and virtual desktop infrastructure. Our services are designed for businesses and individuals requiring reliable web hosting solutions.

Service specifications, including but not limited to storage capacity, bandwidth allocation, and processing power, are as described on our website at the time of purchase or as specified in a separate service agreement.

3. Account Registration

To access and use our services, you must register for an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. HostRapid must be notified immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payment Processing: HostRapid uses Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to process all payments. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

4.2. Subscription Services: For subscription-based services, you authorize HostRapid to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription period selected (monthly, annually, or as otherwise specified) until you cancel your subscription.

4.3. Price Changes: HostRapid reserves the right to change prices for services at any time. For subscription services, price changes will take effect at the next billing cycle. You will be notified of any price changes via email.

4.4. Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, HostRapid reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until payment is made. A late fee may be applied to overdue accounts.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Money-Back Guarantee: HostRapid offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new hosting accounts. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.

5.2. Exclusions: The following are excluded from our money-back guarantee:

  • Domain name registrations and transfers
  • SSL certificates
  • Dedicated server setups
  • Custom development services
  • Renewal payments for any service

5.3. Cancellation Process: To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team within the eligible refund period. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

HostRapid strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. In the event of service disruptions exceeding our guaranteed uptime, eligible customers may request service credits as outlined in our Service Level Agreement, available upon request.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Distribution of malware or viruses
  • Phishing or fraudulent activities
  • Unauthorized access to other networks or systems
  • Distribution of illegal content
  • Excessive use of system resources that disrupts service for other users
  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)

HostRapid reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Data Backup and Security

While HostRapid implements reasonable security measures and performs regular system backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your data. HostRapid is not liable for any loss of data, regardless of the cause.

9. Service Termination

9.1. Termination by Customer: You may terminate your services at any time by contacting our customer support team. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the money-back guarantee period has expired.

9.2. Termination by HostRapid: HostRapid reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time for violations of these Terms of Service, non-payment, or as required by law, without prior notice.

9.3. Data Retention: Upon service termination, HostRapid may delete all data associated with your account. It is your responsibility to back up any data before termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

HostRapid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Statements or conduct of any third party on our service
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Any other matter relating to our services

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

HostRapid reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our website or by sending an email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
